Team Tressel Fitness Challenge Grades 4 and 5

🏁 Get ready, students and families! 🏁

We’re joining schools across Ohio in the Team Tressel Fitness Challenge —a fun, 90-day journey to better health for all of our 4th and 5th graders starting in September! 💪🥕😴 #TeamTresselFitnessChallenge

Here’s how it works:
• The challenge will take place over 90 days, from September to December, and is intended to be completed outside of school hours.
• Each student will receive a challenge workbook to guide them through three levels beginning at Bronze, then going on to Silver, and ending at Gold.
• At each level, students will use their workbooks to set personal goals and track progress in the core areas of physical activity, nutrition, and sleep.
• When the challenge is completed, every student participating will receive a certificate signed by Governor DeWine and Lt. Governor Tressel.

If you have questions, reach out but more information will come once we get the workbooks.
